Arts Healing Hearts Workshop
with Faith Ward
Thursdays, 6 pm to 8 pm
September 17th to November 5th,
8-week program |  $190 non-members  $175 members

Art activities, such as mask-making or creative journaling, will help to surface some of the underlying stressors and feelings, that participants may be dealing with. This program is for those with PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, depression, anxiety, other mental illnesses, or those in recovery.

As a sacred & safe space for sharing, this group will delve into the symbolism of the colors and images used, begin to connect emotion to experience and finally, see what is revealed. The ultimate goal of this workshop is to use something concrete and tangible to explain and express your own personal experiences.

Healing arts help participates develop something concrete and tangible to help explain and process the “invisible injuries” related to their experiences.

We will work in a variety of mediums and any experience level is welcome.  The last day of the workshop will include an Artshow for family & friends.
