Fridays, 10am-12pm for ages 6-9yrs
Fridays, 1pm-3pm for ages 10+
8 weeks, $200

Instructors: Nicole Finnie and Nikki Singer
Class limit: 8

Real clay from the ground is squishy, slippery, and so much fun! Come learn about where clay comes from, and what it can do. Using pinch, coil and slab techniques, we’ll make cups and bowls you can really eat out of, plus sculpture, toys and tiles. Both directed projects and experimentation will be supported and encouraged as each child’s skill evolves.

Note: Students in the younger class will not use a potters wheel. Using the wheel requires strength, concentration, and the ability to dismantle and clean the wheel and tools after each class. This is recommended for students 9yrs and up.
