8 classes +  6 hrs of open studio time + 25 lbs of clay | $310

In this beginner-friendly pottery course, students will learn wheel throwing, hand-building, form, surface design, and glazing techniques to make functional and sculptural pieces.  This is also suitable for intermediate students who want to work independently, but need some instruction and constructive feedback.

Week 1-6 is construction,  no class week 7 while pieces are bisque fired, week 8 is glaze week, week 9 is pick-up and critique party. Includes 25lbs of clay, the firing of your work, and access to 6 hrs of open studio time per week!  Additional clay may be purchased for $55 per 25lb bag, which includes bisque, fire, glaze.

Small class enrollment is limited to 8 students, so students can get plenty of instructor assistance.
