NOTE: You have the option of attending this workshop in person or via Zoom. We will have cameras set-up in the studio so that you can see clearly and communitcate with Eliza and the other students attending in person. 

Learn to paint one of the most mystifying subjects of landscape painting. Through a series of class exercises, you will learn to paint both from observation and imagination. All students will leave this class with their own beautiful painting and a solid understanding of clouds and skies.

MATERIALS LIST:

2 canvases, 8 x 10
Oil or Acrylic paint: Cadmium Red, Cadmium Yellow, Cobalt Blue, Titanium White, Ivory Black.
(if using oil paint) turpentine or mineral spirits and a jar, for cleaning
Synthetic brushes in a variety of shapes and sizes, including medium-sized soft brushes.
1 large Palette or disposable palette paper
1 palette knife
several sheets of tracing paper, 8×10 or larger
1 stick of vine or soft charcoal
2 fine point pens, different colored ink
