Learn the essential steps to capture a person in oil or acrylic paint. In this course we will cover facial construction and form, how to mix flesh tones, as well as blending and handling of paint. Walk away with a beautiful painting and a step-by-step process that never fails. 

Materials List for People – painting
2 canvases, 8 x 10 and a 5 x 7 or similar
Vine charcoal
tracing paper
2 fine point pens, different colored ink
Oil or Acrylic paint: Cadmium Red, Cadmium Yellow, Cobalt Blue, Titanium White, Ivory Black.
(if using oil paint) turpentine or mineral spirits and a jar, for cleaning
Synthetic brushes in a variety of shapes and sizes, including medium sized soft brushes.
1 large Palette or disposable palette paper
1 palette knife
