WHEEL THROWING | BEGINNER/INTERMEDIATE -THURSDAYS
Thursday Evenings: 6:00pm – 9:00pm w/ David Walulak
Tuition: $310 for this 9-week course.
NO CLASS 11/26 FOR THANKSGIVING.
Includes: 25 lbs of clay, the firing of your work, and access to 6 hrs of open studio time per week on:
Sundays, 10 am-1 pm and Wednesdays, 5pm to 8pm Max 5 students!
This class combines students of varying skill levels who want to learn or improve their current skills on the pottery wheel. Beginners will learn basic fundamental shapes that can be turned into bowls, plates, mugs, vases, and more. Those comfortable with basic throwing techniques will focus on more complex forms, glazing, and surface design techniques. Weeks 1-5 are for building week 6 is off for bisque fire, week 7 & 8 we glaze and week 9 is the pick-up and critique.
